Qualified to Serve

We have safeguards in this country to protect organizations against those individuals that act without regard to integrity.

Hypothetical situation:  I am applying for a job with a really great company.  This is the job I have always wanted.  I have interviewed, I love the job, the Company likes me, the terms of the offer are fine, and I accept the position.  There is, however, certain documentation required by law to protect the Company and the government in the event that I am not telling the truth related to my ability to work for this Company in this position.  One of these is an I-9 form, required by the Immigration and Naturalization Office of the US Government.  This form requires that each candidate for employment with any company be able to provide proof of authorization to work in this country.  If I therefore want this job, then I must complete this form and provide documentation proving that my answers on the form are legitimate and honest.  I must provide proof of citizenship or residence status with a work authorization.  I must provide proof of my ability to serve the Company in this position.  If I don’t provide this proof, then no matter how much I want the job, or how much the Company wants to hire me, I cannot obtain this position legally without proof as required by law.

We have a similar situation unfolding for us now.  It is not hypothetical, but real.  We have a guy that highly desires the highest office in the United States Government, the Office of President.  He applied for the position.  He was elected into this position by the people authorized to make this hiring decision, the citizens of America.  Before he can legally obtain the position, before he can be sworn in, he must meet the requirements as outlined in the Constitution of our land.  The Constitution requires that anyone hired for the position of President be a natural-born citizen of the United States of America.  Therefore, like in the previous hypothetical situation, Barack Obama must prove that he is a natural-born citizen of America before he can be hired into this position of President.  While an I-9 form is not required, a verified copy of a birth certificate proving that Obama was born in the US is required to prove his ability to serve in this job, per the terms of our Constitution.  Obama was hired in this position, but he first must prove he is qualified, per the Constitution, to serve in this job.  If he does not provide proof through a valid birth certificate, then according to the terms of our Constitution, he cannot be sworn in as President and cannot serve in this position.

Back to the hypothetical situation a moment.  Don’t you think that if I had documentation to prove that I met the requirements of the I-9 form that I would provide these documents willingly?  I want the job.  The Company wants me.  The only thing standing between me receiving this job is the documentation required in the I-9 form.  So, if I had them, I would gladly turn them over, prove my ability to serve in this job, and get the job and serve.

That being the case, why then has Barack Obama failed to provide the documentation required proving that he meets the qualifications as outlined in the Constitution?  If he had it, isn’t it logical that he would provide it?  Certainly!  Therefore, one must assume that he does not in fact have the documentation to prove he is a natural-born citizen of the US, and therefore not qualified per the terms of our Constitution to serve as President.

Some might argue that he has in fact provided this information, and it is posted on his website.  That document has been proven to be a fraud.  An unbiased expert in information technology has recently and carefully examined this document, and has found that pixelization in the areas of birth date and location has been modified.  There is compelling proof, therefore, that the document is fraudulent, or at least enough to cast its authenticity in doubt.

This issue has been going on for months.  So why, then, do most citizens of America know nothing about this issue?  Because the liberal media doesn’t want anything to come out on Obama that might prevent him from serving as President.  But, the truth of the matter is this:  Obama has had ample opportunity to provide proof of his citizenship.  But, he has failed to do so.  In fact, instead of simply providing the documentation, Obama has spent hundreds of thousands of dollars in legal fees to fight this issue!  If he had the document, don’t you think he would provide it instead of spending hundreds of thousands of dollars to fight this case?  He’s a smart man; of course he would.  This again is evidence that Obama does not in fact have a legitimate birth certificate proving that he is a natural-born citizen of America, something required by our Constitution of anyone serving the office of President.

The issue is now before the US Supreme Court.  The Supreme Court gave Obama until December the 1^st to provide proof of his ability to serve as President by providing a legitimate birth certificate.  Today is the 2^nd of December.  Obama has still failed to provide the documentation.  And, he has ignored the requirements as provided by the Supreme Court of our land. 

Is Obama above the highest law of America?  Doesn’t the Constitution apply to him also, or only to the rest of us?  Does Obama have the right to ignore the mandates of the highest court in America when the rest of us would be put in jail for failing to show up for jury duty or failure to pay a speeding ticket?

I honestly hope that Obama has a valid reason for not proving his citizenship as required by the Constitution.  I don’t know what that valid reason could be, but I hope he has one.  I hope that he is not trying to find a loophole to serve outside of the boundaries of our highest legal document.  I hope he is not deliberately attempting to ignore the rules of our Supreme Court.  I hope this is all a big misunderstanding, and that the people that have brought this case before the Supreme Court against Obama will be found in error and Obama will be vindicated.  But then as a citizen and patriot, I cannot sit idly by and allow anyone to deliberately violate our Constitution, especially in seeking to serve as President of the United States of America.  If the Democratic Party will not do something, then we the citizens must.  If the media seeks to hide the truth, then we the citizens must make the truth known.  If the Supreme Court will not do something, then we the citizens must. 

What can we the citizens do?  We can put pressure on our elected officials to get to the bottom of this matter.  We can let others know about this issue.  They will not get the information from NBC, ABC, CBS, CNN, MSNBC or any of the print media outlets, so they must get it from us and some non-biased media sources out there.  And from you as a citizen of America.

All I seek is for this to be put to rest.  Again, I hope Obama is able to prove his right to serve as President.  America has never seen the chaos that would result if this has all turned out to be a hoax, and Obama and the Democratic Party have deliberately attempted to pull the wool over the eyes of us citizens in order to get Obama in office as President.  I pray that this is not the case.

What will put the issue to rest?  An easy one.  Produce the official birth certificate.  Simple.  Effective.  All anyone wants.  Proof that Obama meets the requirements of our Constitution and can serve.  Meet the demands of the Supreme Court.  Put this to rest.

Please, Mr. Obama, provide your birth certificate.
