So, no matter how you cut the numbers, Obama’s approval rating is falling like a rock. People are finally catching on. Perhaps America is finally waking up!
Obama got elected because he is a charismatic black man. Not because of his track record; his track record as a politician was nonexistent. Not because of his political agenda; he is a socialist and I don’t think most Americans wants us to move toward socialism. He is a good orator, as long as he was working from prepared text; he said what people wanted to hear, America wanted a change, and he was black. That got Obama elected. Now that he is performing in office (albeit not so well), he is being rated on what he does instead of what he is. And, even those who were big Obama fans are beginning to recognize the mistake.
Conservatives always knew that Obama had the potential to becoming the worst President in the history of the United States. Gun owners always knew that Obama would be the most apt to try to take our guns. Both of these are true. But now even Independents, who were hoping for a positive change and didn’t vote either red or blue, are recognizing the failure that is Obama’s presidency. And, even the most liberal Democrats and special interest groups (like gays and lesbians) are becoming very dissatisfied with Obama’s performance. His lies told during the campaign are becoming more prevalent. More and more Americans are dissatisfied with his performance. Now the plunging numbers prove this fact.
I had about given up on the intelligence of the Americans who put Obama in office. Now it seems there may be a ray of hope on the horizon. Is it too much to hope for that America wakes up, realizes her mistake, and works to get Obama either out of office or at a minimum handcuffed where he cannot harm us any further?
